The Reiki card measures stress based on the temperature of the hands, revealing whether someone could benefit from a Reiki treatment. The thumb is pressed on the central circle for 10 seconds and afterwards the circle's colour wll indicate stress, tension, normality or calm. Just a few minutes of Reiki is often enough to improve the situation - often winning over the sceptics!
