This course is for people who want to start off in the Reiki method of natural healing. It offers:

- The four first degree attunements
- Instruction and practice in self-treatment and treating others
- The history of Reiki
- The five Reiki precepts
- Energised water throughout the day
- Use of a pendulum, crystals and cards
- A visit to the Stanton Drew stone circles for one or more of the attunements, depending on the weather
- Manual and certificate
- Digital photographs to help you remember the course
- Ongoing support by telephone or email

Students will need to bring:

- Suitable additional footwear for outdoors
- A light packed lunch
- A special crystal (if you have one) to power up during the attunements
